  • 1 cup English cucumber slices (halved)
  • 1 cup chopped apple Choose Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala for sweet-tart flavor
  • 1/2 cup Maple Pecans Homemade or store-bought
  • 2 ounces soft goat cheese (chevre) Crumbled
  • 2 green onions Thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing Add more if desired

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Tongs for tossing
  • Parchment paper (if making Maple Pecans)

Method

Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, maple pecans, cucumber slices, chopped apple, goat cheese, and green onions. Distribute the ingredients evenly for the best flavor in every bite.
Add the Dressing
  1. Toss the salad gently with the Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing. Start with 3 tablespoons and add more if needed. Ensure the greens are just coated for a light, glossy finish. Avoid overdressing.
Make Maple Pecans
  1. If making Maple Pecans at home: Combine 1 cup pecans, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 10–15 minutes until golden and fragrant. Cool completely before using.
