Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Flatbread or naan
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup Diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Brush

Method

Step 1: Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread with olive oil, and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder for added flavor.
Step 2: Layer the Cheese
  1. Add shredded mozzarella cheese as the first layer to ensure the toppings adhere to the flatbread. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the mozzarella for its tangy kick.
Step 3: Add Vegetables and Toppings
  1. Top the flatbread with sliced Kalamata olives, diced red onions, and sliced cherry tomatoes. Spread baby spinach leaves evenly over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano for that authentic Mediterranean flavor.
Step 4: Bake
  1. Bake the flatbread pizzas in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Watch closely to avoid overcooking.
Step 5: Serve
  1. Allow the pizzas to cool for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
