  1. Remove and wash outer cabbage leaves thoroughly. Slice into thin strips, avoiding tough central veins.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Toast garlic and caraway seeds until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add sliced cabbage to the pan, then add 3 tbsp of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
